  • When can I collect my order?

You may choose to collect your order from a Post Office.

You will be notified once the parcel has arrived at the selected Post Office. You have 7 days to collect your order from the date of receipt.

Important: Click and Collect cannot be used for spilt orders and might not be available for all orders.

  • What should I bring to collect my order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS. You can collect your order by showing valid proof of ID (Omang / Passport).

  • Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?

Post Office do not take cash on collection, therefore, the COD option is not available.

  • I don't have sms confirmation, can you resend?

Yes, we can resend the SMS provided it is to the same number linked to the Options order.

  • What will happen to my order if it's not collected?

If the order is not collected within 7 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will process a refund for your order after deducting handling fee @ 15% of the total amount.

Our delivery & collection options and what they cost

Your delivery address and the area it falls in. Not all delivery options are feasible for all areas. While we are continuously working to improve our delivery network.

The delivery options we give you on checkout are always the fastest available times we can offer for your delivery address.

We offer a number of different delivery options to choose from. Delivery to your address (Gaborone and Francistown only), delivery to your nearest post office or you may also choose to collect your order from your nearest Options store if there's one near you.

*Options reserves the right to amend delivery costs at any time. All changes will be disclosed here.


Our payment options are vast and include the following:

  • Credit card: VISA & Master card
  • Debit card

How do I return (refund/exchange) an item?

  • Log your exchange/refund request on the website

Login to your Options account on the website, under your order history you will be able to request a return

  • Prepare the return parcel

Pack the product in its original packaging (if you still have it), and into a shipping box or other packaging to protect the products during transit.

  • Courier collection

Our courier will contact with you for collection.

Can I collect my order myself?

You may have the option to collect your order at a nearest Post Office if you select To my nearest Post Office during checkout.

If you opt to collect your order at your nearest Post Office, you will be notified once the parcel has arrived at the Post Office you selected. You will receive another reminder 48 hours later.

Your order will remain at the Post Office for 10 days (including weekends) after it has been delivered there. Failure to collect during this period will result in your parcel being sent back to our Warehouse and a refund being processed for your order after deducting 15% handling fee of the total order amount.


What are your hours of operation?

Our website never closes – you are free to purchase 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Client Concierge team are available telephonically at the following times:

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-16:30pm

Saturday: 7:30am-12:30pm

Sunday: N/A

Public Holidays: N/A

*Please note our Stores are open 7 days a week including public holidays, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
